NeuroReset was created out of a simple frustration: stress relief tools either don't work, cost money, or are full of fluff that isn't backed by any real evidence. We wanted something different — a tool built entirely on peer-reviewed research, free for anyone in the world to use, with no login, no subscription, and no data collection.

Every technique in this tool — the breathing protocol, the therapeutic frequencies, the progressive muscle relaxation, the 40 Hz gamma stimulation — comes directly from published scientific studies. We don't invent claims. If a study didn't prove it, it's not in here.

The frequencies we use (432 Hz, 528 Hz, 40 Hz gamma) are the exact same stimuli used in peer-reviewed clinical trials. The breathing cycles follow the Stanford physiological sigh protocol. The body scan follows the PMR methodology proven in clinical psychology meta-analyses. Nothing is added for effect.
